Welcome to New Move Massage. I'm Cindy Gagliardi, a licensed massage therapist. I established New Move Massage from my home to prioritize my clients' well-being, helping them free themselves from pain, recover from injuries, and increase their range of motion and flexibility in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I specialize in deep tissue massage, which addresses muscle tension and promotes relaxation. I am certified in Thai massage, a Sarga bodywork practitioner in training, and a stretch and flexibility coach. I integrate targeted stretches and corrective exercises into my sessions, enhancing mobility and supporting long-term well-being.
