Welcome to New Move Massage!

I'm so glad you're here. My goal is to create a calm, welcoming space where you can slow down, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling better than when you arrived.

Before your Appointment

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to honor the appointments that follow. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and may be subject to the cancellation policy.

• Plenty of paved parking behind the building.

• Please use the rear entrance, Suite 8.

• If my treatment room door is closed, I'm with another client. Please take a seat in the waiting room, and I will be with you shortly.

• Please silence your phone as other businesses are operating at the same time.

• Wear comfortable clothing for somatic or movement-based sessions for better assessments.

• Water is provided

• Bathroom accessible

• Handicap accessible

• NO stairs

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. I kindly ask for at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

• No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

• If you're feeling sick, please contact me as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment.

Payment

• Payment is due at the time of your appointment. Cash, credit cards, and Venmo are accepted.

Professional boundaries

New Move Massage is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional therapeutic environment for every client.

Any inappropriate comments, sexual remarks, unwanted advances, or inappropriate behavior will result in the session ending immediately. The full session fee will be charged, and any future appointments will be cancelled.

Respectful communication and professional boundaries are expected from both the therapist and every client at all times.
